Rosezarndra was born into real estate, raised by her grandparents, who have over 2 decades of experience in the Whangarei market. From, a young age, she had the opportunity to learn about the property market and the qualities, and sacrifices, it takes to make home ownership dreams a reality. She knew early on that pursuing a career in the industry was on the cards. Her knowledge of the region and the experiences of having lived here all her life, gave her an enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home.

A competitor by nature, Rose has always been involved in a variety of sports, from dance through to top level netball. Throughout her school years, Rosezarndra represented Kamo at the highest levels for each year, captaining her junior level teams of school, before shifting into premier grade when she joined Whangarei Girls High School. And she did not stop there – Rosezarndra had the pleasure of playing representative netball for both the Whangarei Regions and Tai Tokerau Regions Maori teams. While in Auckland she also represented AUT University at Premier level for five seasons.

Prior to her entry into the real estate market, Rosezarndra took an opportunity in Auckland to pursue work in freight forwarding and warehousing, where she gained valuable insights and had the chance to develop her customer service skills. She thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there and the experience gained, but her desire to return home was strong.

Her steadfast determination and drive to see everything through to the end is what sets her apart and will position her in the best possible place to represent her clients and their greatest asset. She brings to the market a professional, client-oriented, positive attitude, ready to listen to clients’ needs and desires, and is always focused on achieving exceptional results.
