Founder of Jervois & Co, I bring a marketing background, strong business acumen, and a fresh, independent approach to real estate—built on passion, results, and real connections.

My journey into real estate wasn’t conventional—I came from a consulting role at The Icehouse, where we were developing property and education tours for international buyers. That experience opened my eyes to the potential of the industry and highlighted a gap in the market I was excited to fill.

With a degree in marketing and a background in building and selling a successful goat and sheep milk dairy business, I bring strong commercial insight, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive to every property I represent. I launched my agency in a competitive market without the backing of a franchise because I believed so strongly in my own approach.

Today, I manage both Jervois & Co and another real estate agency, allowing me the freedom to work with people I truly connect with. My business model isn't commission-only, which means I can be selective about my clients, offer a lower rate, and deliver real value without compromising service or results.

"I first met Amy Wildman from Jervois & Co in 2019 when I viewed a property she was marketing.  I was immediately impressed by her openness and willingness to listen to what I was looking for in a new home.  After the viewing I asked Amy to complete an appraisal on my property, she was thorough in the information she shared and was open on the price range she felt my property fell into, while also listening to what I would like to receive for the property.  During 2019 Amy showed me a number of off market properties that met the brief of a house that I could renovate, without placing any sales pressure on me to proceed to contract.    In 2020 I contacted Amy to act as a buyers agent for a commercial property my partner was looking to secure.  We had heard that the owner of the property didn’t like real estate agents contacting him and was resistant to selling the property.  Amy met with Murray and I and advised us on a strategy that she felt would allow an offer to be put on the table.  Amy was able to present an offer, which subsequently went unconditional.  After the offer went unconditional there were post contract negotiations that Amy guided us through, while keeping both parties focused on what each of them wanted.    I cannot recommend Amy highly enough, and would have no hesitation in entrusting her with any future real estate transactions."
