Currently mid-way through a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce at Auckland University, newly minted licensed salesperson Jess is key member of her father, Chris Gemmell’s team.

Growing up in real estate means that the industry is second nature to her, and she loves being able to apply her on the ground experience as a member of the Lochore’s team to her ongoing studies.

Helping with the running of open homes and taking care of call backs, Jess brings a fresh eye to each sale as she’s not immersed in agency life 24/7. This means she can jump in when needed and bring a new perspective if required, as well as a friendly face when dealing with vendors and potential buyers on the cusp of making one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Also a passionate netballer and a North Shore local since she was born, Jess is known for her great work ethic and the positive energy she brings to each and every task.
