Paul Anderton brings decades of business and property experience to his role at LJ Hooker Mosgiel, building a strong reputation for honesty, integrity and results throughout his real estate career.

Before entering real estate, Paul completed his apprenticeship as a joiner at Reid’s Joinery in Mosgiel before establishing his own successful joinery business, which he operated for 16 years. He later moved into property development and project management, gaining extensive experience across new home construction, sales and negotiation.

This practical background, combined with his years in real estate, has given Paul an invaluable understanding of property and a strong eye for detail. His straightforward approach, local knowledge, and proven negotiation skills have earned him consistent recognition as one of LJ Hooker’s top-performing salespeople.

Today, Paul is a Director and part-owner of LJ Hooker Mosgiel, holds an Agent’s Licence and serves as the office's Branch Manager. He works alongside his daughters, Caitlin and Hailey, as The Andertons Team, combining his extensive experience and knowledge with a strong family approach to real estate. Paul continues to help clients throughout Mosgiel, Dunedin and the wider Taieri achieve outstanding property results.
