I believe that after working in the real estate industry for 22 years, I have built up a worthy reputation as being a caring, honest, hard-working and reliable salesperson.

Born in Shanghai China, in 1998 I immigrated to New Zealand. A 13-year career in nursing and emergency care gave me a real empathy for people. This pastoral experience has helped me greatly in my real estate career today as it’s given me the ability to build long-lasting relationships with my clients where I endeavour to take care of them from the moment they first put their trust in me up until the entire transaction has concluded.

I am married with one son and I live locally. During my long career in real estate sales, I have sold properties all over the Auckland region and so now have a wide knowledge of our wonderful city. I speak Mandarin and English and I can understand Cantonese as well. For those people whose first language is Mandarin, being able to communicate in their native tongue gives them greater confidence when selling or buying through me.

My good colleague Jo Orawiec and I have been working as a team for 12+ years. Together we provide an even higher quality service. We work really hard as a team yet we still manage to have the occasional day off.
