Having lived in the Manawatū for most of his life, Peter holds intimate knowledge regarding all this region has to offer. With a passion for the outdoors, he enjoys trail running and climbing the occasional hill.

Prior to joining LJ Hooker, Peter was an engineer by trade, in the roles of contractor, foreman and business partner; alongside being father to two young adults. Peter’s work ethic, organisational skills, self-motivation and goal-oriented style are clearly evident.

His longstanding involvement in the construction industry has resulted in Peter building many trusting relationships with a wide range of people. While he continues to maintain his network of close friends and associates, the opportunity to get out and meet new people and discuss their property requirements, whether it’s selling or buying, is something he relishes.

A more recent move to Ashhurst sees Peter excited about the prospect of building new relationships and seeking to understand in detail the property needs and wants of local village residents. Peter’s own experiences of buying and selling a number of properties, within the city boundaries and the wider region, contributes to him being well versed in residential subdivision.
