Her knowledge of banks’ lending guidelines is invaluable to her clients. Tamaris is also an advocate for knowing what your property is worth. That way, you can make the best decision to protect or expand your asset position. For example, knowing the value of a property will help you decide whether to stay and renovate, sell and upgrade, or use your equity to grow your investment portfolio.
