A born and bred Waikato girl with a well connected network of people locally, Kate offers a not only a great knowledge of Hamilton but also its people.

Kate has joined the Lugtons team with over five years of previous experience in sales and design as well as a Bachelors degree from The University of Waikato majoring in Business communications and marketing.

Alongside Kate’s previous sales and marketing experience is her strong work ethic and genuine approach to Real Estate which is what sets her apart. She has a knack for building relationships and making people feel they are in good hands when selling or buying their home.

With a passion for people, property, marketing and design, Kates move into real estate is an exciting new challenge and she looks forward to helping her clients achieve success in the property market.
