Prior Lugton’s, Q’s has worked for dairy giant Fonterra in Auckland’s head office where he’s held several executive roles in both Global Sales and Supply chain looking after many global accounts in the USA, UAE, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

Born and raised in Hamilton, New Zealand, Q has obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies degree at the University of Waikato, with double majors in Marketing & Human Resource management

Q speaks both Cantonese and English and prides himself on attention to detail and going the extra mile to provide positive outcomes, he believes having the right marketing and effective communication is the key to success. He is friendly and approachable and loves to connect with people from all ethnicities and cultures but also all age groups.
