I make things simple for all my clients I work for. I listen, I list and then I sell their properties whilst always keeping in touch. It is those simple but so very effective tools I have used over the years to be successful.

I send out quarterly updates if a client isn't selling straight away but still wants to stay up to date with the market. When it does come time to sell we can look back and see what the trend was over the last 3 or 6 months and see what best fits the current market and your property going forward.
