Prior to my career in real estate I was fortunate to have a varied career in multiple industries over the course of 25 years. My experience in finance, legal administration and retail & wholesale business ownership has given me the skills and passion to keep learning and always look for ways to do things better & smarter.

I have a unique and enviable behind the scenes understanding of the real estate business having being involved in sales, client, and contract management within the Mike Pero team. I understand the process and am able to focus on the needs of my clients from all vantage points.

I believe that no two transactions are the same, everyone has different needs and I approach each home focused on open dialogue and collaboration. I am blessed to be able to live in this wonderful corner of the world with my family and menagerie of fur babies. I am passionate about supporting our wider community through volunteering and fundraising as well as various local events through sponsorship.
