I have spent thirty years working for the New Zealand Government with Ten years as a front line Police Officer, two years as a member of Crime Control Units and 12 years as a Police trainer, including positions on the New Zealand Police Negotiation Team, the New Zealand Police Armed Offenders Squad, plus diplomatic protection work as a Personal Protection Officer.

After leaving the police I was appointed to represent the Medical Officer of Health in South Canterbury improving the local Communities health by reducing alcohol harm, a role I did for six years. These experiences have given me experience and skills in a wide variety of different areas. In addition for the last four years I have been contracting as a trainer, this training has taken me all around the world. The subjects I train people in are skills that are transferable to Real Estate. Although I am new to Real Estate I have a vast experience in negotiations and communicating with people from all walks of life.
