Sixteen years ago I had a vision: to create the world’s most customer-centric real estate company. The excitement of shaping an organisation that excels at every level drives and motivates me every single day.

To those of you who know Nathan, you will know that he is passionate about people, real estate, and being the best person you can be. And this passion comes through in everything he does, in both his personal and business life. He has a desire to change to world of real estate from something it should never have been, to an industry that supports the community, and where transparency is the key.

Nathan started out in the real estate business at 19, and by 23 he was recognised as being one of the best in the industry, an up and coming force to be watched and emulated. However, Nathan felt there was something fundamentally wrong with the industry and wanted to make a difference.

Not many people are brave enough to say, "enough is enough" and then do something about it, but Nathan did just that. He decided to create and build his own vision: to create the most people-focussed real estate company on earth. Often real estate is associated with low standards, but Najib Real Estate holds close the philosophy that the interest of the client always comes first.

Najib Real Estate is a values-based organisation, and its core values serve as a foundation for which this change is continuing to be built: Health, Humility, Commitment, Progress, and Recognition & Celebration.

"What made you choose Najib? "We looked around and we wanted to go with someone we thought could handle the job." How was the Auction experience? "It was a bit nerve-wracking! We sat in the outbuilding and Nathan brought a coffee cart, which I thought was quite cool, had a coffee, probably a triple or quadruple shot knowing me. We just sat there and Nathan did his thing, he came over and spoke to us, the process went on for awhile, there was a bit of negotiation happening, but 4 weeks from the day we signed up we sold the property. "Nathan told us how it was , and I'm pretty strong willed myself so I wasn't going to let him get the better of me, but it never came to that, and I think thats something that counts for quite a bit." Thoughts after the sale? "Blown away actually. We've been through sales before and they were pretty standard. The professionalism and detail that went into it, I wasn't expecting that. The photography, the video, just the general presentation and I think just keeping us up to date, even before we went to the market, with the process we were going through, hitting timeframes. Just spot on". How was the overall experience? "I would have to say it was a good one. It was a big call for us to sell this property that we had made ourselves, and Angela and Nathan were both just outstanding. They made it easy, and I highly recommend them." Final Thoughts? "He's not just after your money, he actually wants to create a good experience of the whole thing, which I found quite exciting and I wanted to sell another house just to go through it all again. I don't think the wife would be too keen on that one!""
