Selling residential homes in the central and waterfront areas of Auckland since 2001, Pene joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty following the acquisition of Milne & Co Real Estate by New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015.

Pene has strong and established networks and relationships that extend across Auckland City and beyond, with a strong focus on luxury homes and apartments through the central city, and the suburbs of Herne Bay, St Marys Bay, Freemans Bay, Westmere, Grey Lynn, Remuera and Parnell. This broad base gives her an equally large network after 20 years selling in these areas.

Pene utilises this network and database combined with technology to bring the premium value possible in any given market.

Pene’s experience includes auction expertise, and being a past judge for the National Auctioneering Championships, establishing a boutique agency in Herne Bay, and sales that have achieved suburb and national records.

Outside of business, Pene is currently Chairperson of Leukaemia Blood Cancer NZ, having been a director on the board since 2011.
