Gerard joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) in 2015 and sells residential, rural and commercial property in and around Queenstown. Prior to joining NZSIR, Gerard sold real estate for one of Queenstown’s prominent property developers.

With a decade of property experience to his name, Gerard sells residential, rural and commercial property in and around Queenstown with a focus on high end homes, prestige property and acreage.

Gerard has a thorough knowledge and understanding of Queenstown property market nuances and has a boundless enthusiasm for fine property. He provides educated counsel to his clients and enjoys creating friendships and securing great results for his clients.

Gerard graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University (majoring in property). He started his real estate career at New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in Autumn 2015.

Working alongside Hadley van Schaik, the two bring a friendly, positive and practical approach to Queenstown real estate. They have a successful track record as a super selling duo and have concluded eight sales in 2024 already!

When not busy selling up a storm, Gerard loves exploring the world and spending time with family and friends. He is a driver for Meals on Wheels Whakatipu and supports the Lakes District Air Rescue Trust, Cystic Fibrosis NZ, Ronald McDonald House, Heart Foundation and the Child Cancer Foundation.
