Gerard joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) in 2015 and sells residential, rural and commercial property in and around Queenstown. Prior to joining NZSIR, Gerard sold real estate for one of Queenstown’s prominent property developers.

With a decade of real estate experience to his name, Gerard sells residential, rural and commercial property in and around Queenstown with a focus on high end homes, prestige property and acreage.

Gerard’s thorough knowledge of and his enthusiasm for the Queenstown market, the high regard in which he is held by his industry colleagues and his honesty make it of little surprise that many of his clients have become close friends.

Gerard graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University majoring in property. Gerard brings a friendly, positive and practical approach to Queenstown real estate. He has a successful track record and is dedicated to delivering a premium customer service experience that exceeds client’s expectations.

In 2023, Gerard was awarded the Number 1 salesperson for New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty.

When not busy selling real estate, Gerard enjoys exploring New Zealand and the world. He proudly supports the Lakes District Air Rescue Trust, the Heart Foundation, Child Cancer Foundation and Ronald McDonald House.
