Gerard joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) in 2015 and sells residential, rural and commercial property in and around Queenstown. Prior to joining NZSIR, Gerard sold real estate for one of Queenstown’s prominent property developers.

With a decade of real estate experience to his name, Gerard sells residential, rural and commercial property in and around Queenstown with a focus on high end homes, prestige property and acreage.

Gerard’s thorough knowledge of and his enthusiasm for the Queenstown market, the high regard in which he is held by his industry colleagues and his honesty make it of little surprise that many of his clients have become close friends.

Gerard graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University majoring in property. Working alongside Hadley van Schaik, the two bring a friendly, positive and practical approach to Queenstown real estate. They have a successful track record as a super selling duo. They are dedicated to delivering a premium customer service experience that exceeds client’s expectations.

In 2023, Gerard and Hadley were once again awarded the Number 1 Team for New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty (five years in a row).

When not busy selling real estate, Gerard enjoys exploring New Zealand and spending time with family and friends. He is a regular driver for Meals on Wheels Wakatipu and supports the Lakes District Air Rescue Trust, the Wakatipu Community Foundation and the Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust.
