Jon has enjoyed an incredible start to his career helping Vendors and Purchasers alike achieve their goals. With the single purpose of getting the best results for his clients, the wonderful team environment at Mike Pero Wellsford allows this to happen in spades.

Jon has been involved in small business manufacturing, landscape design and gardening, sales and a time in the military so feels very comfortable with a wide range of people. As a member of the Mike Pero team he is committed to providing excellence in service and results.

Jon was born in Wellington and left for England at the age of five and didn't return until the age of twenty seven having served in the army and worked in the horticultural sector. Continuing this in NZ Jon worked as a branch manager for Palmers Garden Centres before moving into landscape design and build. Food manufacturing followed for ten years before moving into real estate. Jon has a wonderful wife, Morag, who runs her own succesful kitchenware and spice shop in Thames, they have family in Auckland and two fine hounds keeping us active at home.
