For the past 35 years Ian has been involved in numerous fundraising events, in particular the Champions Charity Luncheon which he founded in 1998. So far this annual event has raised over six million dollars for multiple charities.

Prior to joining the real estate industry in early 2020, Ian had worked for New Zealand Police, been an owner & operator of hospitality ventures, and spent time as a fundraising manager for Ronald McDonald House.
