Marketing luxury homes more than 35 years ago in southern Spain sparked what Kim calls her love affair with matching beautiful real estate and fabulous people! Returning to her native UK in the 1990s, Kim pursued a marketing and PR career in London for premium, world leading brands, including an international real estate company. Marriage to a Kiwi architect continued the theme! Kim and Ric moved to New Zealand in 1996 where they have raised two daughters and live in an idyllic Eastbourne Bay just across the harbor from Wellington City. Writing articles for property magazines was the perfect job for the stay-at-home Mum period.

Now in her 14th year as a highly successful real estate professional in New Zealand, Kim focuses on Wellington and the Hutt Valley, but with particular emphasis on Eastbourne and Bays, where she lives and is considered a local expert in her field.
