Kitty has been working in Real Estate for the past 12 years beginning as a Licensee Salesperson working her way up to Licensee Agent and continues to up-skill to remain at the forefront of the industry.

A genuine passion for real estate led Kitty to complete the Real Estate Programme through the University of British Columbia. With a farming background in Canada and having lived and worked in a rural community in the Waitaki Valley, Kitty brings a deep understanding of rural and small-town living, together with a strong background in marketing, sales and communication.

Kitty sees herself as a storyteller of homes — taking the time to understand what makes each property special and sharing its story in a way that connects with the right buyers. She specialises in small towns, rural lifestyle properties and subdivisions throughout Kurow, Waimate and the wider district.

A large part of Kitty’s work is supporting families who are navigating the sale of a much-loved family home, often during emotionally challenging times. She offers a calm, respectful and highly organised, one-stop service — coordinating everything from sorting and organising, professional staging, photography and drone media through to garden preparation and presentation — helping families feel supported and relieved of the practical burden.

Known for asking the right questions and guiding clients through every step, Kitty is a patient and trusted negotiator with a proven marketing track record. With in-house photography, drone services and professionally written property scripts, she ensures every home is presented beautifully and authentically — so its story is told with care and clarity.
