His discipline and focus, honed during his career as a professional squash player, have been the foundation of his success.

Born and raised in West Auckland, Lance has come full circle, moving back to the area with his fiancée, Sam, and their daughter, Lily. His strong interest in property and the market, paired with a desire to help people navigate the buying and selling process, inspired him to build a career in real estate.

Since making the switch to real estate, Lance has achieved remarkable success, earning 'Rookie of the Year' in his first year and consistently ranking among the top salespeople in his area. Now in his fifth year, he is focused on building a lasting legacy through Beddoes & Co, with a vision to redefine the real estate experience through clarity, confidence, and a client-first approach.

Lance’s experience spans many property types from one-bedroom do-ups to luxury mansions and expansive 40-acre lifestyle blocks in over 20 Auckland suburbs. He is known for his clear, calm communication style and results-driven mindset.

Outside of real estate, Lance remains actively involved in his local community, particularly through his squash club, where he enjoys giving back to the sport that shaped his early career.
