In 2011, Phil was awarded Rookie of the Year for the most rural/lifestyle sales in his first full year as a Rural Sales Specialist.

In the 2014/15 year Phil was awarded 1st for Rural Unit Sales Nationally and

4th in Rural for Total Revenue

The 2015/16 year saw him place 8th Nationally in Rural for Total Revenue.

The 2016/17 year saw Phil being awarded 10th Rural Total Revenue and 3rd BOP Rural Revenue.
