• It’s every sellers biggest fear that they will undersell their property. I fully understand this and strive to get the maximum return in your hand after all costs are taken into account. This is the most important number
• Maximum buyer numbers and maximum buyer competition is the key. With this in mind a strategy to get maximum exposure to the motivated buyers is formulated and implemented.
• EQC and insurance is still high on buyers concerns. With now over 5 years of dealing with these issues I now have good sound knowledge on how to deal with these concerns.
• Presentation is key to a successful sale so professional photography that showcases your property is a must. Poor photos will diminish interest in even the best of properties.
• I have a sound rural knowledge on lifestyle blocks and have developed two myself from bare land. GST and water consent issues can be very confusing so I will guide you through these issues.
