Matt regularly achieves record results for his vendors, recent examples being sales of over $7m and $5m respectively for two residential development sites. He is however happy to market properties across all price ranges, offering the same level of service and achieving excellent results at all levels. He takes the time to get to know his vendors, building rapport and understanding their needs.
