Profile I am the principal, director and major shareholder of the New Plymouth and Waitara branches of Professionals Real Estate. I am AREINZ accredited and hold an REAA agent’s licence. I seek to lead, support, inspire and help provide direction to my team, empowering each of them to grow their business or professional expertise to a world class standard. I continually challenge the status quo and am excited by the prospect of change. In this endeavour, the search to discover the most up-to-date systems, innovations and technology options is unending; Treading the same path as others will never create a point of difference between our real estate agency and others. That point of difference is of paramount importance to use. We dare to be different!

I use a ‘lead management’ style to run my business and am a strong advocate for using the most up-to-date systems available to us. As leaders in our industry, I believe it is our duty to ourselves, our businesses, our industry and of course our clients, to be continually upskilled and abreast of the most current thinking and ‘tools’ related to real estate. As a ‘Naki boy’ born and bred, I am passionate about our province and take every opportunity to actively participate in our community. As a licensed auctioneer I have been able to use my skills for several community auctions so far, including the Charity Breakfast and Auction to raise funds for the Child Cancer Foundation.

A proven sales history with consistent achievements year after year within the Professionals Group: these include multiple years of Top 2% in Sales and Units, No. 1 Central Salesperson of the year, Gold Club and the 150-million-dollar club. Kris is passionate about his staff, salespeople, and clients. He wants success for all and is willing to train, mentor and show all his systems and ideas to any of his valuable team.
