Mescha has sold an impressive 292 properties since 2011 with the value equating to more than $117 million dollars' worth of real estate with a large portion of these being lower priced properties making this a great achievement. Mescha proudly achieved the Most Improved Salesperson in the Professionals group in New Zealand this year, she also ranked in both the Top 10% of Professionals Agents in both Sales and Properties categories, a fantastic achievement. She has consistently been ranked among the award winners for a number of years within the group.

Due to the market place Mescha specialises in, she is selling the majority of her properties with a price meaning she is extremely experienced at the negotiation process and is always trying to extract the best possible price out of the market for her Vendors.

Prior to working for the Professionals Mescha has world experience from competing at an international level for Ski Racing and attended Burke Mountain Academy in America, widely known in the USA for producing top athletes, some of which have gone on to win medals at the Olympics. Mescha has also been honoured to represent New Zealand at the World Cup level for Skeleton, another winter sport which is high adrenalin and not for the faint hearted. This high level competition has taught Mescha how to focus on a passion and to commit 100% to achieving her goals.
