Born and raised in Ashburton, Urban Consultant Murray Young has been working in real estate since 1985 after having worked for local transport company McCormick’s Ltd and then with Stock & Station Company Dalgetys for 3 years.

Murray became an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute in 1991.

Murray combines his extensive knowledge of Ashburton’s urban real estate market with a caring positive and ethical attitude providing his clients accurate information so decisions can be made with confidence.

He also appreciates that the buying and selling of property can be a stressful process and works closely with vendors, purchasers and fellow professionals to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Real Estate has been a part of his working life for 35 years,

Murray is married to Robyn, and has three adult children and four grandchildren. As a youngster was keen on Rugby and athletics but now just a bit of golf and a casual follower of most sports, whilst maintaining a healthy balance between work and his other interests.
