Jason, a young enthusiastic professional and a bit of a hard case, has now held the Property Brokers National top selling agent since 2005. Introduced to real estate by his elder brother, Paul Whitaker (Hawke’s Bay Regional Manager) and joining him in partnership, they went straight to the top and have never looked back.

Joined by David Scapens in 2008, they offer personality and results backed by extensive industry, market knowledge and expertise with investment properties. They now enjoy 95% repeat and referral business.

Renowned for being “straight up” and delivering down to earth, professional service for their clients. Jason and David have embraced the new Real Estate Agents Act and are achieving fantastic results. Jason and David work very closely with investors including the Hawke’s Bay Property Investor Magazine and they have rental properties themselves. They send a weekly investor newsletter detailing investment properties. This goes out to over 500 investors as well as a new listing letter that is sent to over 400 active home buyers. These systems along with their full time buyers' agent Kirsty, and PA Karen allow them to achieve these fantastic results year in and year out.
