Stephen Budai has recently joined Property Ventures Real Estate fulfilling a longtime desire to enter the real estate profession.

It was over 20 years ago when the last opportunity came up. But unfortunately, it was not to be with a busy life, career, and two young children.

What makes me tick?

Stephen has many interests and manages to an appropriate balance in life.

As an avid traveller, he has experienced the unknown and tried many foreign foods. Whilst on holiday, often viewing the scenes behind a camera lens.

Passionate football man, having played and eventually refereed to a high level and ultimately taking the reigns as Chairman for the Auckland Football Federation of Referees for nine years and five years on the New Zealand Council.

Over the last 14 years, Stephen transitioned through Toastmasters as a confident speaker, Distinguished Toastmaster for all occasions and a leader at the same time. Stephen is currently the District Director for District 112, New Zealand North.

Stephen’s communication, leadership and life skills give him an unfair advantage in understanding the situation for future Vendors and Buyers. Listening with interest is paramount to gaining respect and interest from all the people he will interact with in the future.
