My Real Estate career began in 2013 after a long established working history in Banking, Hospitality and Insurance, these career choices enable me to understand people and to build a relationship with them, many to be long time friends.
Making your Real Estate dreams your reality is my goal, and to achieve that I believe it is very important to establish a connection with trust,knowledge, information and accuracy. My philosophy is to 'Refuse to believe it cannot be done', there is always a way if there is a desire to make things happen.
Throughout my career, I have received many in house awards for sales of properties, a testimony to people trusting and believing in me to manage and market their property. It is more than just a job, it is a passion, I am not just selling a house or property, I am selling or helping you to buy your home, one of the biggest asset decisions you will make. Therefore assisting you is as important to me as your decision to use me as your Real Estate representative.
I pride myself on selling homes within the appraised ranges that I give to my clients, it is my aim that there is no big surprises or dissapointment to my vendors and that there is a happy result for the vendor and buyer in the transaction of buying and selling their home.
When buying a home, I will search out properties on our database that meet the requirements you have from details you give me, and keep you up to date with the current listings we have. I will search and approach properties to try and find the right one.
