One of the most common questions when selecting a Real Estate agent is “Why You?”

Here is a quick overview of my background and success in real estate so far.

I was born in Mount Maunganui and grew up in the Arataki area so I know the area like the back of my hand. Post school I decided to chase my dreams and was given a contract to play rugby in Scotland. While there, I picked up a career in sales working as the Sales Manager for most of the major sports organisations in the North of Scotland like Adidas, Nike, Canterbury just to name a few.

It was here I picked up a lot skills in negotiation and learnt that excellent customer service is one of the best traits anyone can have. I found that if a customer or client is aware what's going on at each step along the way, they can make informed and calculated decisions and they will find the process a lot less stressful.

When deciding to return to the sunny Mount, I chose real estate as this is an area I thought would most benefit my skill set and being from here, I knew my local connections would be an asset. I have currently been in real estate for 13 years and have gained a lot of awards, knowledge and experience along the way including expanding to Billy Russell & Co. where I have a small team assiting me.
