Sonia is originally from China and has now made New Zealand her home for the past fifteen years. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English and understands Cantonese enabling her to communicate effectively with Chinese clients and customers effectively bridging the cultural differences.

Sonia has a qualified background in Quantity Surveying from Unitec and has an in-depth understanding of property developments, new builds and extensions. She joins Martin’s team with a successful background in real estate, having worked for Harveys City Branch for three years. Sonia is a naturally – driven salesperson – her friendliness and open manner help make clients feel relaxed with her honest and professional approach.
