Adrian was born in Sabah, Malaysia. At the age of 15, his family migrated to New Zealand. He was raised in the Bucklands Beach area where he attended at Macleans College. His interest in the housing market began when he purchased his first home at 27.

For 17 years,  he owned a well known furniture franchise store at Botany Downs. Adrian has more than 2 decades of experience in sales, marketing and management. This has allowed him to develop unique communication and negotiation techniques that will benefit both his clients and customers in real estate industry.

His interest in housing development has provided him with an understanding of the building industry, homeowner and purchaser requirements, and the intricacies of housing design. With housing design, development knowledge, as well as an understanding of interior design and color scheme concept, he believes he can turn a house into a home.
