Having migrated to New Zealand at the age of 6, Chhom has spent over 32 years living in South Auckland and the past 15 years working across East Auckland, giving him strong, practical insight into the communities, buyers, and property trends that matter most.

Chhom primarily works in Botany, East Tāmaki, Flat Bush, and Manurewa. His hands-on experience across these areas allows him to confidently guide sellers and buyers with accurate local knowledge, realistic pricing advice, and suburb-specific strategies—not assumptions.

Before real estate, Chhom built a 15-year career in the furniture and interior design industry, including time as a store manager in Botany. This background sharpened his skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and customer service, while also giving him a trained eye for layout, flow, and presentation. Today, this translates into helping sellers identify and unlock the true potential of their homes—often seeing value others overlook.

Known for his calm, approachable manner, Chhom believes that great outcomes begin with great conversations. He takes the time to listen, understand his clients’ goals, and tailor a strategy that fits their situation—never a one-size-fits-all approach. Every home is treated with care, and every client is supported as if they were family, because trust is the foundation of every successful sale.

Growing up in a bilingual, bicultural community, Chhom connects easily with people from all walks of life. Fluent in English and Cambodian, he values diversity, understands the importance of community, and is guided by the principles of hard work, humility, and service.
