Chhom migrated to New Zealand at the age of 6 and having lived in areas such as Goodwood Heights, Manurewa, and Papatoetoe for the past 32 years, Chhom believes he has a good understanding of what being a local entail.
After 15 years in the furniture industry, Chhom has developed many skills that are essential to real estate. His experience as a store manager at a furniture store in Botany has helped to develop sales and managerial skills, as well as providing him with an abundance of furniture and interior design knowledge.
Being fluent in both Cambodian and English has been a product of growing up in a bi-cultural community. Because of this, it has provided Chhom with the ability to connect to a diverse range of people. Equipped with the bicultural values of pursuing your desires, and community first, it has molded him into a dedicated and easily liked person.
He can be described as hard working, a great listener, and acts with a high level of professionalism. A good conversation leads to a meaningful relationship. In order to cultivate a good experience and successful sales, one must be able to understand their client. He likes to take the time to make sure that clients he deals with are comfortable and is here to answer any questions they may have.
Chhom is based at the at the Botany Town Centre branch. He decided to kickstart his real estate career with his former boss and friend and is a part of Team Adrian.
