Before real estate, Kazu spent 15+ years as an inbound tour operator manager, developing high-level customer service, organisation, and relationship-building skills. He also worked in market research and the medical sector in Japan, gaining analytical skills that now help him provide data-driven, strategic advice to clients.

Kazu is active in the community as a board member and PR lead of the Canterbury Japanese Society, also serving as newsletter editor. His dedication to local engagement strengthens his client relationships.
