Hardworking, professional and driven to succeed, these are some of the words that come to mind when describing Joanne.

Born in Wales, Joanne is an avid traveller having been to several countries including Italy, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. Landing in New Zealand, she fell in love with the country’s spectacular landscapes and Auckland's fascinating blend of big-city, fast-paced life and quiet, peaceful country-town vibe.

From this, stemmed her love of Auckland’s ever-changing property market, which led Joanne into her real estate career with us at Ray White Ellerslie.

Jo has been involved in property management for a year now and has progressed in leaps and bounds. She now looks after an impressive portfolio and ensures that each and every one of her valued clients, current and prospective, are seen, heard and happy as can be.

"Joanne was amazing to deal with while I was on the hunt for a new rental property. It can be quite a stressful time but I was impressed with Joanne’s high level of service, communication and professionalism right from viewing a rental property through to the signing of the tenancy agreement. In my years of renting, it is not often a Property Manager is approachable and engaging with prospective tenants at a viewing. Then to follow up afterwards was such a surprise as this is the first time I had experienced this. To top it off, it was refreshing to be spoken to and not down to and to have been treated as a person and not just a number. Joanne was such a pleasure to deal with, I can honestly say she has been the best Property Manager I have ever dealt with! You truly have a valuable team member as part of your team."
