Combined, Carl & Caron have almost 20 years in the Real Estate industry, with another almost 20 years in residential building code, local Council District plans, subdivision regulations, finance, and more. Carl, working in real estate for 8 years also has his Level 5 Branch Managers papers, a trusted senior manager working alongside our Regional Sales Manager in the Hastings branch.

Caron has recently returned to real estate with Carl after a 5 year break in the finance division, where she was working at ‘NZ Home Loans’ and Operations Manager for ‘Betta Inspect It’, to add to her 12 years in finance and previous 11 years in real estate.
