Following a successful career in land and property since 1973, John entered the real estate profession in 1985, working as a Branch Manager for two local real estate offices before focusing in more recent years on residential sales. In 1991, John was admitted as an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ), reflecting his long-standing commitment to professional standards within the industry.

John and his wife Sandy have lived in Taradale for over 40 years, raising their two sons and daughter locally, with all three attending Taradale schools before continuing on to university. Their deep connection to the community underpins their understanding of the local property market and the needs of homeowners and investors alike.

In 1999, Sandy joined John in their busy residential real estate business and completed the National Certificate of Real Estate, graduating in February 2000. Together, they specialise in the sale of residential homes in Napier, with a particular focus on the Taradale and Greenmeadows areas, as well as residential investment property. As property investors themselves, this is a field in which they have developed significant experience and insight.

John and Sandy approach real estate in a straightforward and professional manner, distinguishing themselves through their trust, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to their clients. Working as a cohesive team, they bring depth of experience, strong local knowledge, and consistent results, delivering outcomes their clients value and rely on.
