"From the start when I visited 6 Billabong place, I found Ara to be very welcoming, so that was a good start. After a few interactions regarding priding I decided to step away. Ara was great to deal with even though it looked like there would be no sale. A little while later having been kept abreast of progress with the vendors position we eventually agreed on a price and the sale went through. All things considered we are very happy with our new house. The whole process was going well but then when we moved in we found a couple of items that should have been addressed or at least pointed out by the vendor. This left a sour taste sadly. There was no way Ara could have known about the items and once I raised the matter with him we felt he was very supportive and keen to resolve the matter. We did accepted a small amount of cash to offset one item but this was done reluctantly as we didn’t want to end up with a legal scrap over a few thousand $, bloody annoying though. Again I was impressed with Ara’s fantastic communication and support even while I was in Europe for most of the time, he worked around time differences.
