"We had previously had our property on the market with two other agencies and had tried various methods or sale. The auction venue was excellent, with a slide show presentation of each property on offer. The auctioneer was excellent, with his salespeople working the room and giving bidders plenty of time to bid higher. We decided not to accept the highest bid under the hammer, as Martin felt that they could achieve even more after the auction. Within five days they presented three offers above our reserve price, one of which we have accepted, and we are all very satisfied with the result.
