Sherzan Pagdiwalla joins the Ray White Howick team as a licensed salesperson after 7 years working in the hospitality industry. Originally from India, Sherzan moved to New Zealand as a youngster with his parents and they settled in the eastern suburbs of Auckland. Of Persian heritage, Sherzan is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

His early years were spent in and around the Pakuranga, Howick and Botany areas and upon leaving high school Sherzan, who has always loved food and cooking, achieved a Bachelor of Culinary Arts from AUT. Throughout his studies he had been employed by the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre and after graduating was employed as their full-time chef. In 2018 he commenced study toward his real estate licence and completed the course in 2019.

Strongly creative and tech savvy with a warm friendly manner, Sherzan loves helping people and getting to grips with their dreams and goals. Loyal and dependable, Sherzan is excited to be part of a profession where his great love of serving others is utilised to the full.  His focus for real estate work is the suburbs in and around Bucklands Beach – an area he grew up in and is very familiar with.
