"I've always enjoyed working with people and Real estate is about people, not just the buildings. What are the most important skill when selling a property?

"The ability to listen & negotiate. It's not about me it's about my clients. I need to know whom I'm working with, understand & respect their hopes, fears, and motivation.  Fully understanding my clients helps me distinguish fact from fiction. This allows me to negotiate & achieve the best possible outcome for both parties."

What are you most proud of in your career?

"Most definitely "Repeat business & referrals". Building the rapport & providing a service that past clients are confident & comfortable enough to recommend me to their friends & family is the best feeling ever. When I ask 'what are you looking for in an agent?' the overwhelming response is 'the best possible price' and 'trust'. My aim is to achieve both."
