My name is Kadii Irwin,  and I was born and raised in the Far North where I have spent the majority of life between Kaitaia and Tokerau Beach before moving to Auckland to study a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property Management and Valuation at Massey University.

Since graduating in 2017 I decided to move back home to the Far North where my heart belongs, and I have been working as a graduate Property Valuer ever since in the Bay of Islands.

I live an active lifestyle always out adventuring the Far North; beach hopping or hiking and enjoy water-skiing and fishing with my family and friends. I am an approachable, bubbly person always open for a chat and laugh.

I have decided to utilise my knowledge and passion for the Real Estate industry by joining the team as a Salesperson at Ray White Kaitaia, and am eager to help people with their real estate needs whether it be selling a property, looking to purchase your first home, dream home, or even an investment property.  I look forward to building long lasting relationships within my community and providing a highly professional standard of service to all.
