I can also give you some tips on the best ways to present your home and make a great first impression when getting ready to go to market.  This doesn't always mean spending a lot of money; and there are some really quick and inexpensive fixes that can help you here.

I often also work with buyers (most sellers are buyers, and vice versa!); so can assist you with looking for your next property, and even work with you as your buyers agent through the process of purchasing.
