Nicholas understands better than most the challenges and adjustments that go with relocating and selling into a new home. Working within the Bowman Sales Group at Ray White Manukau, Nicholas is closely involved with residential, projects and development sales in the South Auckland region. 

Originally from Malaysia, Nicholas arrived in New Zealand as a youngster and finished his schooling in East Auckland.  Nicholas comes from a family business background and studied at the University of Auckland, graduating with a BA in Psychology. Subsequently, his career path led him to sales and customer service roles in insurance, where he secured his Registered Financial Adviser qualifications. In early 2020 he secured his real estate licence and joined colleague and friend Luke Bowman - to embark on his new career in Real Estate sales. He moved to Ray White Manukau in 2021. 

Nicholas is respectful and considerate – composed in the moment and calm under fire when the challenges of a transaction require a sustained effort to result in the desired outcome. His clients love his empathy and the practical application of his skills and knowledge to enhance the customer experience and delight them. 

Doggedly determined, incredibly hard-working and a clear, articulate communicator, he continually ensures that every detail is attended to and correct processes followed. In a market where some feel they’re searching for the impossible, Nicholas assures that where there’s a will there’s a way and loves to make the real estate magic happen for people and see their dreams come to fruition. 

Passionately musical Nicholas is an accomplished bass guitarist, likes to keeps fit, and as a former soccer coach still follows the game locally.
