Florence’s professional interest in the property market goes back many years. Although she’s now been an Auckland local for some time, in her birth country of Vietnam she spent several years as a successful property developer. Buying and developing land, she was integrally involved in everything from house design, through to the final interior touches of the homes she built. Now as a real estate agent, she especially loves showing buyers through properties and matching homes with their perfect buyer. She says, “I love helping people see the potential in all kinds of houses – new, old, large or small – and finding the perfect fit for their taste and budget. You could even say it’s my superpower.”

Florence also has many years of customer service experience through other roles in the aviation and beauty industries. It’s led her to develop superb skills including problem-solving, and researching the latest marketing trends. She’s also an accomplished networker and loves to consult with new and existing clients to deepen her working relationships.

 Florence is a strong believer in looking after her clients as if they were family. She says, “I always imagine being in my customer’s position, in their shoes. Your interests will be unique to you, so I will always keep them in the forefront of my thinking. I understand that my sellers want the best possible deal in the shortest time frame, and will work hard to find the ‘sweet spot’ for peace of mind.
