He enjoys the entire range of sales service, from helping guide experienced investors towards new opportunities, through to assisting anxious first home buyers navigate the unfamiliar journey to getting their first set of owner’s door keys. His intelligent sense of humour and the ability to lighten the mood in any situation and yet to remain utterly focused, is a powerful tool when it comes to the often- stressful side of real estate negotiations. Being able to get the most out of any situation has always been a strength. He recalls winning a prestigious ‘Best Negotiator’ award during high school lunchtime days, where he swapped a boring sandwich for a far more yummier dessert. His deep understanding of local communities means he’s able to provide valuable insights for buyers about neighbourhoods, local schools, the range of amenities, and trends about the market from data, and potential future investment potential.  Johny prides himself on being reliable, supportive, and always ready to lend a listening ear or provide guidance when needed.

He’s lived in Manurewa, Papatoetoe and Flatbush, and enjoys a wide network of people from these communities. He speaks Hindi and Punjabi, and relishes the time spent with his family going to parks, enjoying dining at local places, and swimming.
