Being a business owner for 20 years has provided experience on dealing with people from all walks of life.  "Listening, understanding, conversing and negotiating with the experiences of my past experiences - I'll always find a way to get the job done," he says. While being attentive to the smallest details and being strict with rules, Sanjay also knows the value of having an approachable and warm personality.

His previous business experience includes diverse industries, including: electronics, automotive, logistics, and retail equipment. In his private life, Sanjay is an active motorsport participant. He's a member of the Drag Racing and Motorsport Association, is heavily involved in driver/owner racing. The action-packed sports of Mixed Martial Arts and Karate are interests. Sanjay lives in Pakuranga and uses his considerable knowledge of the Manukau District, and facilities and activities.
