Fay has a love of all things to do with real estate and includes a lengthy background in the industry dating back to 1996 with administrative and rental property management roles, as well as working very successfully as a Buyer’s Agent for the 9th top agent in the country at that time.

Becoming a fully licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the late 1990s, Fay has never looked to have a career in any other field. With an uncanny ability to regularly negotiate thousands of dollars over her vendor’s asking price on her listings, you can be assured Fay will look after your valued property asset too and she guarantees you a job very well done.

When not at work, Fay is “The Lady of the Land” - busy in her 2-hectare landscaped garden and attending to her eight sheep, four lambs, plus chooks, canaries and her beloved Bichon-Cross pet dogs. It’s been a great way to learn about the value of living on a lifestyle property, controlling and eliminating the noxious weeds organically, growing her own veges whilst keeping an eye on her rainwater levels, and maintaining septic tank systems too.

Fay also finds time to work with her partner on his 36-hectare property and she is currently learning how to dag and crutch sheep, shear and drench, wean and wave goodbye to around 200 stock that is destined to head to new farms or to the works.
