Todd comes to us from the beautiful paradise of West Auckland, growing up in New Windsor, attending New Windsor Primary and Lynfield College and worked as a youth worker in Blockhouse Bay, Titirangi, Green Bay and West Auckland.

Todd has been living in South East Asia since 1999 where he founded his own business – a ‘company culture-building’ business consultancy called Ripple Effect Consulting Asia Pacific, working with large, well-known international companies such as Coca Cola, Adidas, Microsoft, DHL, Tiffany & Co., CBRE, ANZ, Caltex/Chevron and Jaguar Land Rover to name a few. 

Todd has over 30 years of leadership and sales training experience behind him.  He has carried a wide range of roles and responsibilities involving teaching, training, leading, management and staff development, mentoring/coaching, energising & motivating, while relating to people of all ages, especially adult and emerging young leaders and managers.

Todd is so excited to be back home, out West, to join the amazing sales team at Ray White Austar.  His greatest sign of success is a more-than-happy client. This is what Todd is aiming for with all his clients.  

Being new in the industry, but as a sales energiser/motivator for the last 15 years, Todd is 120% committed to getting the best deal for you, his clients.
